1. Types of Messages You consent to receive the following types of messages:

Consent Language: “If you consent to receive types of messages – i.e. conversational, informational, promotional, etc. SMS from LUCA, you agree to receive types of message, must be consistent with selected use case SMS from us.”
2. Opt-In Your opt-in is obtained via web form, other medium or verbal/written consent. You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number.
3. Opt-Out Instructions You can cancel SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your request has been processed.

- Message frequency varies based on your interaction and selected preferences.
- Message & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
6. No Sharing with Third Parties No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.
7. Privacy Your phone number and message data are protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.
8. Supported Carriers Messages are sent via major U.S. carriers. Compatibility is not guaranteed with all carriers or in all areas. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
